Return Policy

BlueVue extends a comprehensive 30-day refund and return policy for all purchases, provided that verifiable proof of the original transaction is submitted.

  1. Request a return authorization. E-mail our customer support team to initiate a return, including your order number and proof of purchase. 
  2. Receive return approval and instructions. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return approval confirmation and any additional packing or shipping instructions with a return shipping address of the BlueVue office at 232 Oakwood Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. 
  3. Prepare your item for return. To qualify for a return or refund, the merchandise must be returned in nearly new condition in its original packaging. 
  4. Ship the item back. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Inspection upon receipt. A thorough inspection will be conducted to verify the condition of the merchandise, subsequently initiating the refund process. BlueVue retains the right to decline a refund if the merchandise is deemed damaged or unsuitable.
  6. Refund processing. Refunds will encompass the product cost, deducting a restocking fee of 19%. Shipping expenses will not be included in the refund. Please anticipate a processing time of 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer support immediately upon receipt, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will provide next steps to resolve the issue.
