BlueVue's leak-proof gasket is available for trip lever drain systems. This kit contains our patented leakproof gasket, a BlueVue trip lever cover, and a dome cover.
Our trip lever covers and strainers are available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, and Oil-Rubbed Bronze finishes.

- Leak-proof silicone gasket (light blue) x 1

I did get the overflow gasket to work, but with modifications for my tub. The trip lever was too long and would hit the back of the overflow tube. I cut the trip lever down and added a new hole for the cotter pin. Then the new screws were too long as my overflow tube has blind-holes, not ones that pass all the way through. I tried to use the old ones, but they were too short due to the new thickness of the gasket. Cutting the new ones down made them work. Finally, the weight of the brass plunger was too great, and the trip lever would not stay up. I tried to re-install the previous trip lever, but you need the BluVue version due to the thickness of the silicon gasket. Then installed just the spring from the old trip letter and it was better but not good enough. Removing the spring, I stretched it out a little bit to get it to hold. Now I have a working, non-leaking overflow tube. Such is plumbing...
Tub over flow with gasket worked very well. I also got a drain cover. Unfortunately the screw threads were messed up and I could not use it.
